The Kansas City star on Monday included an editorial promoting the long-fought-for expansion of the Katy Trail in Kansas City, as well as other local bike trail creation programs. After being defeated seven times in the last nine years, Clay Chastain's plan for a light rail system finally passed. It looks like Kansas City is becoming more green-aware.
