Added a link to the Kansas City Power & Light Home Energy Analyzer, an interactive tool to help show you how efficient (or inefficient) your home is; also, the Home Energy Saver, a more robust energy efficiency calculator. It is a non-regional website, but because it requires you to input your zip code to make it work, I listed it under Local/Regional links. Finally, fixed the link to the MO Department of Natural Resources.
